Im an artist (rapper/spoken word) from jersey that just recently moved into nyc. I've been looking for a dope production team to work with for my first project and have yet to find a sound that i like. I've been following the work by you guys and i would definitely like to try and work with you. As a small record label with barely enough startup capital to afford a mouse and a keyboard, we still have not lost the vision of what we want to accomplish. This blog, our youtube and our facebook pages are all here to let the world know what what our goals are and what we are doing to make our vision a reality.

For one, let’s just start with the music. The name RichKid does not come from rich meaning having a lot of money and things. When we say we’re rich we are saying that we possess the intangible things in abundance. We have an undying love for the art of music and that’s what makes us rich, not the money. The kid part is because we like to have fun in what we do. We are all big kids with big dreams and want to get them out into the world for everyone to enjoy. The way we are going to do that is by giving you the music that comes from our heart and soul and letting you enjoy it.

Sometimes we think too much about a situation. When you think too hard, you disable the natural flow of the universe. The way the world is now, people trust themselves more than they trust the ability in a higher power. The problem with that is you as a human have limits. The thought we leave you with today is to trust not in your own ability, but learn to trust in the limitless source in which this whole universe was built around. That source is Love.
